Membership
The Membership Management Committee is excited to take on the task of needs assessment. Many NFCYM members are not aware that our bylaws call for a periodic needs assessment. We are examining how to make this process more effective in the future.
The role of collaborating members also is being explored. They can and should play an integral role in NFCYM’s mission.
Membership’s task groups have done fantastic work on projects such as the 25th Anniversary celebration and hospitality. Colette Kennett, Anna Scally, and the task group do such a good job making everyone feel welcome at the Membership Meeting that we almost forget we are working so hard! The Prospective Collaborating Member task group does a great job preparing collaborating member candidates for their vote before the membership.
Membership Management Committee is looking for a few good men and women to serve with us. It i’s a great time to be part of something special—visioning for the future of this great organization! Task group experience is preferred.
