The impact of conferences on NFCYM’s budget is being explored. Long-term budget planning is underway. The committee is advocating for fair compensation for NFCYM staff. It also has decided to sell NFCYM’s stage, since it no longer provides adequate income.
Finance welcomes ideas about how to develop new revenue sources while staying faithful to NFCYM’s mission. The committee needs new members who have background in financial oversight, especially people who have overseen large budgets or major development projects.
