(Christian Leadership Institute), Brian shares his continually evolving thoughts on leadership in ministry and the characteristics of leadership in action.		Leadership Perspectives From the Executive Director Bob McCarty Bob McCarty reflects on the challenge of Advocacy in youth ministry and identifies two studies of crucial interest to youth ministry leaders: the National Study of Youth and Religion (NSYR) which will be the content of a presentation at the January membership meeting and the 2004 Diocesan Directors survey which is being taken now.
