It's Our Thirtieth Anniversary: Celebrate and Pray with the NFCYM!
Thirty years ago, on January 20, 1982 at 11:17 a.m. in Malvern, Pennsylvania, a unanimous vote on a new name and structure by the National CYO Federation Advisory Board brought to life the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM). Born out of the National CYO Federation at USCC and along with the Girl Scout Committee of the Advisory Board of the National CYO Federation, the newly incorporated NFCYM also included the National Catholic Committee on Girl Scouts and Camp Fire as a constitutive member. Recognizing the importance of our founding and the prophetic leaders who created the firm foundation on which we stand, please join us in prayer and thanksgiving for the abundant blessings bestowed upon the NFCYM and the young people we serve.
