Renewing the Spirit

Renewing the Spirit is a time of reflection and renewal for persons who work in diocesan level youth ministry or collaborating member organizations. First presented by NFCYM in 1997 under the name "Second Wind", this two-night, three day retreat experience is now held every two years prior to the NCCYM and offers diocesan youth ministry leaders and collaborating members the opportunity for professional affirmation and personal spiritual development in a relaxed atmosphere of reflection and fellowship with peers in ministry. Past participants have left Renewing the Spirit feeling refreshed and ready to continue their journeys in the service of the young church.
